Trails are being built in the Waldeck-Frankenberg district that do not yet exist in this region. Children, young people, adults and senior citizens should feel comfortable on the trails and be able to ride them without any problems. As the Green Trails are intended to be a nature experience for visitors, it is also important to respect and protect nature. When planning, building and using the trails, the focus is clearly on nature compatibility.

Information
Directions
The "Ruthenaar-Double" loop is aimed at beginners and families and starts with the "ascent" via the K1 lift. On the "Ruthenaar Intro" trail, you can roll in at a relaxed pace before the highlight of the loop, the approximately 4-kilometre-long Ruthenaar Trail, awaits. After a few hundred meters of forest trail, you are back at the starting point - and ready for the next round.
Equipment
We recommend a helmet, functional, weather-appropriate cycling clothing, backpack food, sufficient fluids (water, tea), air pump, repair kit and multi-tool.
Safety guidelines
Rules of use on the Green Trails:
You ride the trail at your own risk.
You are obliged to wear a helmet.
Keep to the prescribed direction of travel.
Respect and pay attention to other nature users. The forest is there for everyone.
Do not overestimate yourself and respect your limits.
Think about nature and stay on the paths - shortcuts are taboo.
Don't leave any garbage in the forest. Animals and nature will thank you.
Observe the usage times - allow the animals to rest
